Me and the Skirt

Lo and behold.. I wore a skirt for the first time after 10 years of not wearing one (except during schooling days but they don't count)..

Went to 1Utama with my family yesterday and i saw this skirt in Forever 21.. yes, i know.. i'm not 21 yet but there's no age limit to enter that shop right??

I can show off my sexeh legs.. hahahaha.. just joking.. I'm aiming to buy that skirt.. It happened to be RM99.. gonna save up.. OR i can always wait for mummy to come back from Cambodia and get them..

This is a post.. to save my blog.. been busy managing another blog and have no time for mine.. So here it is.. LOL

Just a Thought..

When we were in our younger days.. our childhood i would say, we don't even know that the word 'death' exist.. Somehow, as we grow up, the word was used a few times in stories.. however it has no impact on us.. not until death hits us by attacking one of our dearly beloved..

Honestly, i've never give much thought about death.. not until my grandma passed away last year.. for the first time i've actually felt the lost.. sure i went to a funeral of my uncle before but that time i was really young and i wasnt close to him.. my grandma however was like the only grandparent i had throughout my childhood until my teenage years..

During her funeral.. i can see everyone trying to be strong.. especially those who had been with her for so long.. my mother and her siblings.. in the end, a lost is a lost.. they would break down at a point.. so would i..

At a point, i know she went somewhere better than this place.. up safe in Heaven in the arms of God.. i know it was good for her as she was paralyzed and has been suffering for a month after she got the stroke.. it's a blessing i would call it.. i broke down hearing the news about her death when i was in the University of Malaya, in a function.. when i got home and saw her in her coffin, i felt sadness though i did not cry.. I am assured that she's with God and she's happy..

Other times i cried was because i could feel the sadness of many people in the funeral especially when my mother cried.. i would cry along with her.. not because i was sad.. it's because she was sad..

This morning, a friend of mine told me her grandma passed away too.. i felt a pang of pity and remembered my grandma instantly.. As i was taking a shower this morning, this thought came up..

We're growing up and we're growing fast.. Time flows without stopping and it can never ever once stop for us.. every second passes without mercy.. As we grow, the elders leave.. leaving another generation to grow in their place.. Just as we would leave and our younger generation would one day take our place.. i know.. my thoughts are deep.. sometimes i can't control it from going deeper...

Hahahaha.. i'm pouring my thoughts out for the first time in my blog.. i just wanted to share about how i feel about death and also about what i think about life..

Harry Potter

Today watched Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in Pyramid today with Joyce.. Before that, we ate in Zenmai Pasta.. the pics are with Joyce.. sad.. will update soon..

Personally, I like this book the best out of all 7.. Lol... Ever since the previous movie, i've been hearing critiques about the movie series because apparently, in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, they had cut a lot of scenes from the book.. some important parts were lost and not mention in the book.. i understand the fan's frustrations.. even i was a little angry but what can you do when Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the THICKEST book of all 7...

And being the thickest, the director actually manage to put the story into a 3 hour movie.. obviously there would be a lot of cuts and what not... but heck, at least he produced it... Don't complain and ask yourself would you be able to do it?? Sheesh...

Anyways, this movie however is different from all the rest.. This time the movie is dark.. Emo-ish more like.. but it was over all okay... Joyce said that it was boring thanks to the lack of actions.. i kinda enjoyed the special effects.. and also some of the love drama.. LOL... i kinda laughed my head off at those parts..

Also... my focus was actually more to Draco.. LOL.. i have no idea he would turn out to be this hot in the movie.. being emo and dark looking... i still love his blond hair.. man.. ever since.... i think the 3rd movie.. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban... LOL

Sick

Maybe it's because i'm on a 3 weeks holiday.. i'm actually bored and blogging.. can't wait for the next semester to start.. i know, i'm a hypocrite... seriously, i mean.. When i have college/school, i can't wait for holidays to come and now it's holiday, i wanna go back...

Anyway, today i was suppose to go watch Harry Potter with Joyce and after that, steamboat with my college buddies.. unfortunately, i woke up with a bad sore throat.. so bad that when i talk, i sounded sexy (this isn't bad) and i kept coughing.. my throat was REALLY sore...

I expect a fever to come up soon and i was juggling whether i should go for the steamboat or not.. Joyce said that her class ends at 3 pm so the movie watching was canceled.. My condition worsen as the hour goes by..

Ended not going anyways.. i stayed at home, sleeping most of the time.. man, it's only the beginning of the holidays!!

3 Weeks Semester Break!!

I'm on holiday people... so call me/sms me and make appointments if you need before i start my next horrifying semester.. lol... *ahem*

Today everyone in college kept asking me what am i going to do during the 3 weeks semester break.. seriously, i kinda lost count on how many people asking.. usually my schoolmates don't ask... so when they ask, my brain came up with nothing...

So the answer was "what comes comes lahhh"... but i'm really hoping to catch up with my buddies.. soooooooo...

FINALS!!

Wow.. I can't believe it... My first semester in college is coming to an end.. it's happening so fast.. many things happened over the 2 months i was in college.. met new friends, going around and getting assignments done, being in different surrounding and the best part, traveled nearly EVERYDAY to Subang just for classes..

I gotta admit, assignments are hard to complete but also fun to do them.. like this sem, we had to produce a movie.. at first i thought it was a pain to even get it done.. there's sooo much of work.. Scriptwrite, directing, acting, editing and finally PRESENT it.. LOL... i didn't like the idea of it being seen by other but BUT... in the end when we had our presentation, it worked out really well... everyone was having a good time..

I've learned to work properly in a group.. back in school, there wasn't much group work.. only individual.. but in college, nearly everything you do for assignment is with your groupmates.. well, except individual work.. lol

This semester is the short semester.. yes to all those readers who thinks my finals is coming a little too fast... 3 months.. so my finals is next week...

and i'm not even studying.. i can't believe i'm blogging instead.. LOL... really lazy to even look at the lec's notes... harhar...

Loads of Crap

Greeting from college!! LOL.. I am now in the college library/study place and the wifi here is BRILLIANT.. luuuuu~~~ Class was canceled today.. i'm so frigging pissed.. i've never had a class cancel on me before.. so now i have nothing to do in college so i have decided to crap a few things here since i'm bored and i need to keep this blog a little more alive...

One good thing about SEGi College is that there's a study place for students to study and the place has an anti-sound glass at the entrance... so basically, the study place can't hear anything from outside and people outside can't hear anything from the inside.. ahhhhh... so peaceful.. LOL..

but then again, inside the bunch of students tend to talk among themselves.. only the library is the sole place that has NO noise at all except flipping pages of books... hehehe... cool no???

i'm seriously crapping my ass out here... i'm sooo bored... I had COMM290 quiz today.. i have no idea there was a quiz.. i only get to know when i was on the bus with Winnie and she told me.. i was kinda scared cuz forst, it contains 10%.. gosh...

THEN, i ran through her notes like mad... and in the end, the quiz was based on one movie called 10 Things I Hate About You.. basically.. i was shocked and... i did miserably in it.. reason?? we were suppose to note down the answer based on this movie.. now.. the problemm???

when i was answering question 1, answer to question 2 flashed right on the screen.. so as i wrote de answer for question 2, answers for question 3 went by and it was gone.. i was stunted.. i have NO IDEA!! so.. i think i failed this quiz miserably.. URGH!!!!

Everyone's studying in this room.. i think i'm the only one playing Bejeweled right now.. =.=" seriously.. LOL

Busy busy busy

I'm sooo freaking tired... seriously.. we have 40 Americans coming over to the Wesley Methodist Church Klang ( the church i'm attending) and i signed up to be a prayer partner... and gladly, i was assigned as a prayer partner for Meghan Crimmins.. i'm sooo happy that she's my prayer partner... reasons???

1. she talks alot which makes her super SUPER easy to communicate with (heck, all of them are)
2. she's amused by my skills with the Rubix Cube and is now trying to solve like meee..
3. she's addicted to chewing gums and i gotta eat gums that came all the way in the 23 hours flight from America.
4. her face when she ate DURIAN was super funny
5. i love her wits and hope to see her online again...

They all came for XEE (Evangelism Explosion) Course to teach us to evangelise to ppl that does not know Christ.. i'm actually happy that they came all the way here jz to teach us to spread the Gospel... See how they go to the extend to do God's work?? dey''re flying to Singapore after this..

Really, all Praises to the Lord that they got through the scanning in the air port and are free from H1N1 flu.. lol... many seeds have been planted over these 3 days and i'm really happy even though many rejected and some still pending answers, we're just happy enough that the Word of God was spread..

We as prayer partners are prayer worriors for these Americans and other participant of the course... hahaha... we prayed non stop from 7 till 9pm everyday from Sunday till Tuesday...

and there you go.. despite all that prayer thing at night from 7 till 9pm and going back at 10pm, i still go to classes in the morning and i kept yawning in class... geez.. gotta buck myself up... i need sleep...

17 Again

Watched Seventeen Again with Joyce on last Tuesday, right after my Movies mid term test.. went to Pyramid for the first time after college.. yes, even though SEGi is near Sunway Pyramid, i don;t frigging go there everyday after college... niways... i thought this show was gonna be just "okay" to me since most Zac Efron's shows aren't that interesting to me..

Man, was I wrong.. This show was a little different from his other movies.. and this time, he looks better, hotter and more neat... lol..

Joyce and i went to buy the tickets for 1.45pm show at 11.30am.. so there's like 2 hours before we enter the cinema... went to eat lunch at Carl's Junior.. i love their fries.. and walked around a little... and finally.. when we're kinda tired of walking around because Pyramid is no longer an alien place to me,we sat down and camwhore!!!!
I have no idea what was Joyce was trying to do...

Hot Movie, Transformer 2

The battle of the Autobots and Decepticons continues!! Hahaha.. I know. I am currently in the Transformer mood. I watched this show yesterday and i have to say it.. THE MOVIE ROCKS!!

This is a must watch movie!! The graphics are BRILLIANT and the plot was so extravagant. LOL.. Mayb i'm over rating it but seriously, it's a good movie!!! Watch if you have not!!

2 days ago, Teressa and myself made way to Aeon Bukit Tinggi to buy advance ticket. Since it's new and currently labled HOT show of the season, i kinda figured if we buy on the day we wanted to watch together, we'll end up at the BOTTOM of the theater.

When we reached the place, there was a super LONG line cuing up to buy tickets. I have no patience to actually wait in THAT long line. Then i saw this lable pointing to a new line. It says "Transformer 2: Revenge of the Fallen (advance ticket)" and it was empty. Happily, i skipped my way through a few teens who are unsure to line up here or with the long line.

I was right. it was only for people to buy advance ticket for the movie. When we were choosing the place, middle line was fully booked and i was kind of unhappy that we have to settle with the side seats but it was at least higher than the empty middle lane.

When we turn around to leave the place, the former "empty line" was then FILLED with people and it was as long as the other line. I told Teressa that we were lucky to be the first. LOL!

Watched the movie with Mei Shen, Teressa, and Kayel.. LOL!!

Honestly, i have not watched such good movie for a LOONNGGG time. Yea, even Terminator Salvation didn't leave much effect in me. Somehow this movie has more fight scenes than the previous Transformer. There are even additional funny and adorable new Transformers around.


I LOVE the twin Autobots!!! They are soooo cute and funny!! hahaha.. If you have watched the movie, you'll know what i'm talking about.. The movie has it's funny parts and a few sarcastic moments.. overall, you'll feel all sorts of emotions during the movie.

i sat beside Kayel during the movie.. she laugh SOOO loud during funny moments that i had to constantly tell her to chill.. LOL..

Experiences in College

Yesterday was my third day of class... and i did the most stupid thing a new student could do on her third day of college... i practically walked into the wrong class... yes yes.. if you wanna laugh, go ahead.. i can't blame you.. even i myself laughed at my own stupidity...

The classroom i was supposed to attend was room 10.1.. When i got out of the lift, i saw room 10.2 so i turned right and i swear, i saw the room door saying room 10.3... when i walked IN and tried to look for a familiar face.. there was non... i felt so alienated and the longer i sat in that class, the more doubtful i became.. i was about to get up when my phone rang and Winnie called and TOLD me 'You're sitting in the WRONG class," and without hesitating, i got up and fled the from that class.. i was GLAD handphones were allowed in colleges... LOL!!!

All praises to the Lord that class haven't start at that time.. i would be in trouble if lecturer had been in BOTH the classes... for one, i'll be more humiliated.. two, i'll feel even more STUPID if any lecturer or friends of mine found out at that time...

It felt so right when i entered the class i was suppose to enter.. Saying hi to friends and sat comfortably with familiar faces.. class started and when we were taking down notes, i noticed in college most students have cursive handwriting.. i don't know if they're nice or ugly.. i couldnt really read them but i was comparing theirs' to mine.. theirs' look soooo professionally written but mine stayed "high school" style.. LOL...

Note to self : Evolve handwriting to cursive writting... <<< dun think it'll work..

Cautious on the Road

This happened a week ago but i'm gonna blog about it.. it's probably a good WARNING to those who are like me, just started driving and just got the P license in their hands...

A week ago my aunt and uncle came down to Klang for the weekends... My aunt gotta go to KLIA to take a plane to Kota Kinabalu for a holiday trip.. my uncle sent her there while my cousins, bro, my mum and I went to church..

On the way to the church, my mum's phone rang..

Mum : Hello?? Ah yes, Tuck Sung (my unc)...
Others : *silence* o.o???
Mum : uh huh.. HA?! You met in an accident?!
Others : O.O!!!
Mum : You're alright? oh.. your fine..
Others : *sigh of relieve*
Mum : *puts down phone* Your dad met in an accident so i'm gonna drop you all in church and go get ur yee cheong (my dad) and go to him (my unc)
Others : *nods head*



And so we went to church and Pastor's wife, aunt Jane prayed for my unc.. man... it was such a shocking news... it was only 8.30 in the morning for crying out loud!!

So when we got home, we got the story from the poor victim himself... this was what happened..

• Uncle drving at 90 kmph in the SLOW lane (relax driving) since it was EARLY morning
• he heard a LOUD bang and the nect thing he knew it, his car was spinning...
• LUCKILY, his car hit a cement divider and came to a stop.. he look up to the other car.. it was flying and flipping!!
  
• My uncle look out for the driver and fortunately, the guy who was a malay (not discriminating!!) crawled out from his car which was then, scrap metal..
  

My uncle had his head wounded and end up with 2 stitches... According to the reckless driver, he was sleepy... my uncle said he was actually driving at least 150kmph... what an excuse..

My uncle's car needs MAJOR repair while the other car is indeed.. SCRAP METAL.. i'm not being mean but i kinda find the part when Joyce says "it's scrap metal" funny...



The scrap metal WAS a Myvy.. owh.. this is probably a tip for you if you're reading... Even though the car flipped a few rounds, the air bag of the car DID NOT pop out... i repeat.. DID NOT POP OUT!!

my uncle's view was 3 rounds but when my unc was spinning, that car was probably already flipping.... so imagine... so if it's possible, you should think twice about that car... i think it's only that car... btw, the malay guy was driving a 2 month old Myvy car...

i guess that's it... but before i go..

I'm Back!!!

FIRST OFFF... I wanna really apologise for the LLOONNG delay of updating this blog.. i hope those who're reading previously are still with me... sniff...

Now, i'm back and hope my mood won't change to not blogging until my college days starts...

anyways, the post..

Well, for the past 10++ years, there was this hotel that was built in Klang town... Gold Course Hotel.. I have never step a foot, heck, not even 10 meters from it.. so.. *shrugs*..

My parents, and if you actually believe me, my bro went in before for a wedding dinner there once... it was held there... i was... somewhere... i cant really remember where I was and the reason for not attending that dinner... huh...



Anyways, usually, this conversation will pop out once in a while when we're at Klang Town..

Me : Mum, all my life i've stayed in Klang.. it's SO not right i've never step foot in that hotel..
Mum : Your living in Klang.. Why do you wanna stay in a hotel when you have a house here??
Me : Huh... *shrugs*

and so this conversation was actually long forgotten since it's been a long time since i went into Klang Town.. there's the stupid massive jam keeping us from going in.. well, we can actually go there but the idea to be stuck in the jam for a few frigging minutes just gives me headache..



My aunt from Ipoh got a conference in that hotel.. and because of her high ranking position, she got a suite with a queen size bed and a single bed... well, cant be called a suite.. more to like a room with more bed.. what more can you expect ehhh???

I actually joked about going with her to just stay in the hotel for a night since she's all alone in the big room... To my suprise, she agreed...

Joyce came along with me and yesterday we jolly went to the hotel and stayed a night... errrr... can't say it was fun cause all we did there was watch American Next Top Model on tv...

went breaky in the morning at a local store near the hotel and went back to watch StarDust (and Fishie, it was NICE!!) i laughed my head off most of the time.. dude.. the lines were sarcastic...

KLCC Trip...

Yesterday, me and my peeps went out to Klcc.. Evelyn (Fish), Teressa (Miao), Mei Shen and Fish's cousin, Jeremy (the only guy in the group) and myself... it was Fish's FIRST trip to the mall in a train.. hahaha... whoa... it was FUN!!! we didn't cover the whole of the mall (no time and we kept stuck in places for some time).. places we stop...

Pizza Hut... we took some time to reach the mall and when we did, all of us were STARVING!! So we went to the directory in search of FOOD... seeing there was no huge ones, there was one small touch screen directory.. Amused, we played with it.. hahaah... man, think passerbys must have stared cause i think we made loud noises...

At first, there was this Pizza shop.. Can't remember exactly what's the name (poor memory) cause we didnt stay long after seeing the high class settings of the place... =.=" so decided to go Pizza Hut instead.. the pics are in Evelyn's camera..

Soon after that, we went to our main objective... KINOKUNIYA!!!! it's been so long since i last step foot in it...



books books and more manga!!! weeee... i think we stopped there for like, 1 and a half hour.. haha...

After that, we stroll around the shop houses and look through stuff and did window shopping... i can't afford anything i see in that place... me being poor...

There's an art gallery there too... hahaha... Fish saw it so we went in... FREE admission.. weeeee...

And so as we wanted to head home, Miao wanted to ta pau (takeaway) Burger King... so we went there and ended up EATING there as well.. =.="

We went back during the evening, and lso that was the time people of KL goes home from work... man, talk about congestion!! The monorail we gotta take from Klang to KL central was pack FULL... It was so full till when we reached Kl Central station, one of us got left behind on the train.. Jeremy...



Ahahahaha.. dun worry, he managed to get back to us taking the other train heading back o Kl central i guess... it was funny in a way though... hahahaha... lucky it was Jeremy that got left behind.. i think i'll panic twice as much if it was Fish who got left behind...

i guess that's all... got my SPM results today... i dun wanna talk about it...

Ipoh Mali baby!!

Ipoh mali... ipoh ipoh mali... weeee... i took a train from KL central to Ipoh with my bro and cousin for the weekend... The travelling from KL to Ipoh part wasnt a memorable thing... why, u'll ask?? here's the thing.. the train ticket says it'll take off at 1750 (5.50pm).. soo...

1. Arrived in KL central an hour early..
2. Ate at McD just to fill our stomach...
3. Went to our platform 30 minutes early...
4. Waited for 45 minutes, the train still isn't here...
5. Platform was below ground thus no air conditioner and not even a single FAN existed there..
6. Sweat and tired (luggage), we waited for another 10 minutes...
7. Finally, it arrived but the people there said gotta wait to install more carriges..
8. After 20 frigging minutes, we manage to get INTO the train.. (passed by a horrible stench of the toilet)...
9. Sat down finally and sighed loudly... by then it was 7 pm..

What do you think?? problematic no??



We made it to Ipoh at 10 pm... and not much about it except my cousin bro and my bro breakdanced till they were all sweaty till midnight...

The next day was fun...
Empty cup?? nope... got water inside... Probably because it's filtered twice and of course the water here is DEFINATELY cleaner than Klang, the water here is delicious..



SUGAR... can read right?? Joyce wanted to take sugar back to the hostel.. apparently she ran out of it... Don't ask why is there and onigiri (rice ball in japanese) drawn there...

Mini Rubix : Woohooo... I managed to climb so high!!
Rubix : Heh... small brat.. i'm faster..


whoa... my uncle can cook.. hahaha.. not really.. it's just mixing the ingredients around only... i thought he only knows how to chase me around the house and attack (hit, pinch, poke.. you name it.. playfully larr of course)

The next day, went out with Joyce and her friend during the day.. at night, we had tom yam in a shop.. weee..

And the day we have to leave for Klang... My aunt made SUSHI~~~

I'm seriously think i've blog long enough.. so the process of making shushi will be posted in de next post... weeeee...

So we went back at 1 and arrived home at 5... then my mum made big prawn sweet and sour... whoa... think i gain weight...

Birthday and Mind Games

Yesterday was the 21st of February... my birthday... weeee... So we celebrated in Pizza Hut and we got a special pizza for desert.. lookie...
Looks yummy yea? hahah.. It's actually just a thin crust with choco and strawberry pastes around and if you are wondering fi the thing in the middle is ice cream, then yes it is... It's strawberry flavoured... yummy!!! Joyce's sharp eyes saw this b'day special... weeeee...

Not much time spent in Jusco... We just went out and ate... My dad didn't follow cuz he just recovered from a bad stomach ache... And now the cake...
Prezzie is from Joyce... Just for the fun of it... yay!! CAKE!! it's choco mint flavour... weird taste but it was ok...

Nowadays, i have an obssesion towards mind challenging games... hahah... honestly... It all started with the rubix cube.. like i said, i have solved it (not once but many times) but still needs the instructions to help me do it... gee... i'm just lazy to memorise the steps...

so.. there is another thing that mental challenges... i call it "the metal thing"... i don't really know what they are really called... if you know, please let me know...

they are two pieces of metal being tangled together.. they are seperatable... but only a lil bit difficult... here... a pic of it...

Hard and Cold

As usual, Joyce came back to Klang for the weekends... Bah... thing about it is... Usually i'll get jump into the bed with my mummy ^^.. hehehe... but because my dad wasn't feeling better, we can't tell him to sleep downstairs (he has a bed of his own downstairs in his room cuz sometimes he's too lazy to climb up the stairs) and so i was kicked to the floor with a SUPER THIN mattress...



I am in fact a little lazy to type today so i'll just tell you about my mattress incident in points..

*ahem*

• Whole night slept from 2am till 7am, i didn't feel a thing (a lil bit but i didn't bother about it)..
• Mum woke me up at 7am to tell me to sleep on the bed, i refuses thinking my dad would snore...
• Mum went to work...
  
• Woke up at 9am, backache (no, i'm not old, despite my birthday is today) caused by the mattress and sat up, looking at the empty bed... =.="
  
• Scolding myself for being stupid and climb up the bed and rest my poor back on the comfortable bed...
• An hour later, woke up by Joyce who came in yelling for me to wake up but got on the bed and laze around too
• Asked by Joyce if i could smell "that"... i said no because the air conditioner coldness blocked my nose...
• then the air conditioner offed and i could smell "that" and asked Joyce, 'is that lunch?' and it was... so i got up...
